Visitors are always welcome at the Asbury University Archives, located on the lower level of the Kinlaw Library, The Reading Room is open Monday – Friday afternoons from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. during the regular fall and spring semesters. If you have a question or a specific topic of interest you may email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you locate information. Although books in Special Collections cannot be checked out, anyone can request to use materials in the Reading Room and unless the item is especially fragile or rare, photocopies can be made for you by the staff.
During the summer season, the Kinlaw Library Archives is usually open in the afternoons unless staff are unavailable. The main part of the Library generally maintains regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with extended hours during the 4-week Summer School program. Archives will try to accommodate your research needs as much as possible during the summer so please feel free to email a request for a special appointment.
