Don’t Cancel That Class – List of interactive workshops for your students on topics that are relevant to college success.

Helping a Distressed Student – Common warning signs of distress, suggestions for intervening and making a referral to counseling.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Exercises – 21 mindfulness recordings which can be listened to and downloaded for practice.

Internship/Practicum Program – A training program for pre-masters and pre-doctoral level mental health counseling and marriage/family therapy students.

Relaxation Room Reservation – Reserve the Center’s Relaxation Room, a quiet space with a massage chair, for 30 minutes of self-care (links to Calendly).

Self-Evaluator – The Self Evaluator was developed for ULifeline by Duke University School of Medicine and screens for thirteen of the most common mental health conditions that college students face. This screening does not provide a diagnosis, but identifies problems that could be impacting thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The screening process also provides information on these conditions and how to reach out for help.

Self-Help Library – Books available for student check-out, and virtual pamphlets that cover many helpful topics.

Set to Go – Your guide to the transition from high school to college and adulthood, an online resource center to help parents and students focus on emotional health before, during and after the college transition.
