Discovery
Each in-seat class currently exists in our Learning Management System (LMS) called Discovery.
Faculty can log-in using their Asbury log-in and password information.

Zoom
AU has Zoom licenses for all employees to “sponsor” or create scheduled Zoom sessions. Log-in using your Asbury email address and password.

CAE
The Center for Academic Excellence will be offering Course Tutoring, Writing Help and Academic Coaching sessions online through Zoom. Once an appointment is made, a Zoom meeting link will be sent to the student for their meeting time. Contact Henry Zonio with questions.
Grammarly
Grammarly is an online spelling and grammar checking application that helps users find and correct English writing issues. All students and faculty have access to the premium version of Grammarly by using their Asbury University email.
Copyright
Under the extraordinary circumstances of expediting courses to an online modality, additional liberties are available in respect to copyright for a more expansive interpretation of Fair Use and the TEACH Act. To convert face-to-face content for this semester, faculty may take photos or scan materials and temporarily upload them to Discovery. Likewise, faculty may convert multimedia to a format that can be used in Discovery for similar purposes. Discovery provides limited distribution to enrolled students only which aligns with a factor of Fair Use. The library team can seek licensing for content if needed as many vendors are eager to help make content available. Faculty with specific questions may email reference@asbury.edu.
