Aspirant is the third party administrator for our health insurance coverage. We will continue to utilize Anthem’s provider network, however, Aspirant will continue to be the contact for claims, enrollments, customer service, and online access.
Flexible Spending Accounts – The new annual maximum amount for 2024 is $3,000.00. Please remember that you will need your employee ID#. This number can be found on the AEP at aep.asbury.edu. The field will require 9 digits which means you will need to put zeros in front of your employee ID# to make it 9 digits.
Flexible Spending Account Online Enrollment Instructions for 2024 – please click on link below. If you currently have an account with Chard- Snyder you don’t need to create a new account. You will need to use your current log in information to enroll for 2024.

Notify Human Resources in writing (email will work). Human Resources can change health and dental insurance information.
If you participate in the retirement plan please log on to TIAA’s website at www.tiaa.org to change your address.
Note: Beneficiary changes must be received by the HR office to be considered valid.

If your marital status has changed or you have added/dropped dependents, you may need to make a change on your tax withholdings. Please return completed tax forms to Payroll. These forms are also available on the Human Resources website under Faculty/Staff forms.
