In her role as Advancement Events Manager, Margaret plans, promotes and executes a variety of fundraising, stewardship, President’s and alumni engagement events hosted on-campus, off-campus and virtually.

Margaret has worked in both the Alumni Office and Advancement Office. Prior to working at Asbury, she planned meetings, conventions and events from both the client and vendor side of the industry for nearly 10 years.

“I love the work we do to further God’s Kingdom here at Asbury University,” Margaret shared. “The sense of family and community is palpable in all aspects of life here on campus…it’s a place like no other.”

A California native, Margaret attended California Baptist College and graduated from The Academy of Health Sciences at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas in 1991 and served in the U.S. Army for nearly seven years. Margaret has one daughter, Hannah, and three grandchildren.
