Experiential Education Mini Grants
In an effort to provide additional time, encouragement, and resources to faculty, the Transformations Project is making available Experiential Education Mini Grants of $4,500 each to support new growth or enhancement of experiential programs. The mini grants will be awarded to individual applicants to be utilized over summer months to research, travel, develop, and plan for a department's experiential education program.
Two mini grants for faculty are available for the final round of grants made available by the Transformations Project.
Breakdown of Mini Grants at $4,500 each:
Stipend..........................................................................................$2700
Funds to travel to visit employers or a model school and resources for the program/department................................................................up to $1400
Funds for student worker assistance..........................................up to $400
(Amounts shown for travel, resources, and student worker funds are estimates. There is flexibility in how the recipient chooses to distribute funds between these areas. For example, if the recipient determines student worker assistance is not needed, the funds can be used in the other areas.)
