Joe Bruner
Associate Dean for Residence Life

Joe holds an M.S. in educational administration from Baylor
University and a B.S. from Howard Payne University. He comes to Asbury
College from Baylor where he was assistant director for resident
living. At Baylor, he was responsible for a living community of 2,500
students, professional and student staff development, administrative
efficiency and effectiveness, and facilities management. He was
previously a hall director at Baylor and served in leadership roles for
Kids Across America.
Joe sensed God leading him to use his
experiences and strengths in a smaller Christian liberal arts college, and enjoys living in and sharing his life
with the community at Asbury College, including students, faculty,
staff, and the surrounding community.
Joe and his wife Amber have one daughter, Abigail Grace.
