Paul StephensAfter serving four years as the residence director of Trustees Hall, Paul has served as the Associate Dean for Student Leadership Development since June 2008. Before coming to Asbury University, Paul completed a Masters Degree in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. His professional interests include leadership development, human productivity potential, and the quantitative analysis of the undergraduate experience.

Paul, his wife Kelly, and their son Elijah enjoy frequenting the playgrounds of Wilmore, learning new things, and spending time with others. Paul has also been known to have his heart broken by his beloved Chicago Cubs and to irrationally argue that the Big Ten is the best football conference in the country.
