There are many ways for students to be involved on campus. Here's an overview of clubs and organizations: 

Agape Outreach
Group that provides undergraduate social work students, and others interested in social work, opportunities for fellowship, service, and other activities.  Steve Dawson, Contact 

Asbury Outdoors
Group interested in preserving and being involved in the outdoors; Trent Ellsworth, Advisor 

Business Club
Club intended to provide opportunities for all students to learn from Christian leaders in various organizations on cutting-edge topics of today.  Emily Walsh, Advisor

Christian Service Association (CSA)
Provides a variety of opportunities for weekly service to people of all ages, ranging from children and youth to nursing home ministry. Joy Ireland, Advisor

Collegian
Campus newspaper that can be viewed online at www.asburycollegian.com

Intramural Council
Council of students who give input, support and organization to the campus intramural program. Contact the Athletic Department (ext. 2475) for more information.

LEAD-ON! Steering Committee
Student task force for developing and promoting leadership programming.  Paul Stephens, Advisor

Married and Non-Traditional Student Fellowship
Fellowship for students who are non-traditional, and/or married, and single-parent students. Greg Haseloff, Advisor

Mu Kappa
An organization for third culture students that provides support and social opportunities that assist with the adjustment to collegiate life.  Esther Jadhav, Advisor

 

Nu Pi
Local chapter of Sigma Delta Pi, the National Honor Society associated with Spanish as a foreign language. Shelby Thacker, Advisor

OMS Student Fellowship
Student missions-awareness fellowship sponsored by One Mission Society. Melissa Brabon, Advisor

Phi Alpha Theta
History honor society.  Glen Spann, Advisor

Psi Chi / Psychology Club (Psychology)
Group associated with the field of psychology.  Janet Dean, Advisor

ROTC Program
Organization to learn more about the U.S. Military and receive financial aid. Bill Hall, Contact

Salvation Army Student Fellowship
Student fellowship for students interested in or from The Salvation Army. David Rightmire, Advisor 

Sigma Zeta (Alpha Theta Chapter)
National honor society to promote the fields of math and science through social events and service projects. Ann Witherington, Advisor

Teacher Educators for Learning and Leading (TELL)
Student organization that provides professional development, support and fellowship for students interested in the teaching profession. Members may also join the Kentucky Education Association Student Program or the Christian Educators Association.  David Riel and Becky Oswald, Advisors

Tumbling Team
An outreach ministry of the HPER department. The team travels and performs during spring break each year. Their show uses acrobatics, gymnastics, stunts and trampoline work as a means of sharing their faith. Ken Pickerill, Advisor

World Gospel Mission Student Involvement

Student fellowship for students interested in missions. Opportunities to travel on spring break, summer and short-term missions trips. Nathan and Cydil Waggoner, Advisors
