Application Instructions:We are progressive & contemporary in style: no pulpit, no suit, no tie. We preach grace for all! Our congregation is pretty blended in age. Our current median age is probably 50 and falling. We averaged 225 in attendance last church year. We have 2 identical Sunday morning worship services. Our motto is: Love God, Love People, and Serve the World. Our goal is that each person would grow in their spiritual maturity. And each week we challenge everyone to make a "next step" in their spiritual journey - whatever that is - accepting Christ for the first time, re-committing their life to Christ, joining a LifeGroup (small groups around the morning messages), membership, baptism, reading Scripture, reaching out to their neighbors or friends or family, etc. We do not have Sunday evening services - that's when most of our LifeGroups meet in homes. To learn more about GCN, check our website at: www.gtownnaz.org. To apply for this position, please send your cover letter (with a brief testimony of your conversion and calling as well as your ministry philosophy), resume, picture and three references in PDF form to Pastor Mike Justice with “Children’s Pastor inquiry” in the subject line.
