Resident Advisors (RAs) live with the students in the dorms and supervise a group of 10 students. The RAs are led by a Head RA, two Residential Supervisors and a Counselor. Discipline Assistants (DAs) are part of the instructional team and responsibilities are that of a student teaching position. DAs serve as a liaison between the faculty and students. Each artistic discipline has one Discipline Assistant, with the exception of instrumental music, which has two. (One of the two DA’s for Instrumental music must have a percussion background.)
