Description/Responsibilities:After the on-boarding of our national accounts the Account Manager (AM) serves as the primary business contact for clients and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent service to accounts as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization. The AM will work closely with his/her Team Lead in communicating client needs and opportunities for future client revenue. The AM will foster relationships with clients in an effort to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. The AM will serve as the daily "face" of Creative Lodging Solutions for our clients. Duties include (but are not limited to) processing reservation requests, proceessing client invoices, researching and resolving client issues, speaking with hotels on behalf of clients and CLS. This is a telephone intensive job!
Requirements/Qualifications:College degree or two-three years customer service experience in hospitality, billing/finance or retail industries. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Ability to identify, research and resolve issues. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Excellent follow-through skills. Excellent personal interaction and communication skills along with a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility. Ability to work overtime as needed and to thrive in a fast paced environment.
