Based in Atlanta, Allconnect is the leading provider for connecting consumers with household services including satellite TV, cable TV, Internet, phone, home security systems, and natural gas and electric utilities. The company offers a convenient and objective one-stop source to compare providers and pricing, whether consumers are moving or simply wanting to ensure they have the best plan for their budget. Allconnect employs more than 500 associates and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with Sales and Customer Care Centers in Atlanta and St. George, Utah, and now in Lexington, Kentucky. Major Responsibilities: • Utilize consultative selling techniques to provide products and services to meet the needs of the customer in an inbound sales center environment • Consistently reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives • Effectively execute the entire sales process from opening to close • Demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and strive to improve your skills and sales performance • Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience • Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customers' needs and expectations • Must be able to ask for, and close the sale Qualifications: • Professionalism demonstrated through punctuality, good attendance and adherence to policies • Computer/Internet proficient • Strong verbal communication skills that deliver a confident, energetic presence over the phone • No prior experience is required; however, the following are credentials that are highly preferred: 2 years of work experience in a similar business environment. o 2 years of inside phone sales, call center or commissioned sales experience o Minimum 6 months related experience selling to individual consumers such as retail or restaurant experience. o Proven track record at achieving sales goals and quotas Education Requirement: • 4 year degree highly desired; HS Diploma or GED required
