Windsor Mountain International Summer Camp welcomes campers and staff members from around the world to its beautiful lakeside setting in the quiet and pristine woods of southwest New Hampshire where children gather every summer to live and play together in a unique and magical place where friendship, happiness and community thrive. Windsor Mountain provides campers and staff members a unique opportunity to nurture the creative spirit, develop a sense of self-understanding and independence, foster lifelong friendships, try new things, cultivate skills and learn how to live in a community of people representing diverse cultures and life experience. We are a co-ed, non-competitive camp that uses the power of experiential learning to enhance the personal growth and development of each camper. We embrace the values of respecting differences among people, living responsibly and taking safe and appropriate risks. Responsibilities: Windsor Mountain is seeking applicants who are eager to work together with young people from diverse backgrounds to create fun, challenging and magical summer experiences. Being a staff member requires a tremendous amount of dedication, hard-work, and a commitment to personal growth, group living, and cross-cultural understanding. Each staff member lives with a group of campers (and is responsible for their health and well-being) and offers activities in at least one of the following primary skill areas: Music; Performing Arts; Creative Arts; Waterfront; Sports; Farm & Garden (“Green Team”); and Wilderness Trips. (Also, we hire kitchen, nursing, maintenance and office staff with the appropriate qualifications and training.)
Requirements/Qualifications: 
Qualifications: Must be age 19 or over to be a bunk counselor (office positions age 18 or older); A love for children with a capacity to be patient; to be firm, yet kind; be interested; be fair; have good judgment; show genuine concern and interest in them. Have an ability to make quick decisions if in an emergency situation. Ability to put camper needs above your own needs all summer, while balancing a healthy happy you. Demonstrable ability to be dedicated and hard-working in the demanding, challenging, and rewarding life of being a Windsor Mountain summer camp counselor.
Application Instructions: 
Benefits: $1600- $3000(based upon experience.) Meals and housing while at camp. Reimbursement for some traveling expenses needed to get to camp. Positively impact the lives of young people.
