Description/Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all year-round youth and young adult ministry programming.
-Responsible for the recruitment and oversight of all volunteers working within the Youth and young adult ministry.
-Encourage, support and mentor adult volunteers.
-Develop and maintain an on-going recognition program for ministry volunteers.
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Profess a personal faith in Jesus Christ
-Witness by lifestyle and character what it is to be God's person in relation to family and friends
-Previous experience in a youth ministry program of 50 or more youth and also experienced in working with a young adult ministry
-Supervisory experience and a record of success in working collaboratively
-Associates degree or a degree in Christian Education, Youth Ministry, or a related program
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
-Take responsibility for personal and professional growth
