Description/Responsibilities: 
We are seeking an assistant minister with a passion to reach young families and singles in the Greater Canton Area. In addition, it is our hope the assistant minister will have excellent skills in Spanish. Ideally, the assistant minister will have a Latino heritage. Dueber's desire is to become a model church of diversity. Our community as well as the general culture reflects the need for genuine diversity. Currently Dueber Church has the "beginning" of a Latino ministry, but we recognize a truly authentic Latino ministry must have a staff person dedicated to the ministry. The assistant minister will not serve exclusively in developing a Latino ministry. Because of the church growth dynamic the assistant minister will serve as family minister with the responsibility of growing a young adult and family ministry. This is vital for the future of Dueber church. Opportunities for preaching and teaching as well as occasional pastoral duties are assumed as being part of the Dueber Team. Please note, although a Latino heritage and Spanish language skills are important, we realize not all canditates have such a background. Requirements/Qualifications: 
Dueber Church is theologically evangelical with a Wesleyan holiness emphasis. We are located in the City of Canton. We stress social and personal holiness. Dueber is dedicated to ministering to the needs of the community
