Women's Basketball wins on first day of Pritchett Invitational
Five Eagles scored in double figures led by Lindsey Wood's 19 and the Eagles capitalized at the free throw line, shooting 27-of-31 to post a 90-74 win over Mid-Continent. Wood finished the game with a double-double after garnering 10 rebounds as well. For the game Asbury shot 28-of-62 from the field for 45.2% and the team registered 18 assists. The Eagles will now face Cincinnati-Clermont who went down in defeat in the opening game of the Invitational, 95-27 to Indiana-Southeast. Tip-off time for Asbury is at 3:00 p.m. with the preceeding game between IUS and Mid-Continent set to go at 1:00 p.m.
