Student Accounts

Prior to arrival on campus, all students are mailed the brochure "Financial Planning and Payment Information" detailing various aspects of student accounts. The goals of the College are to assist parents and students in the following manner: keep all college obligations current; complete financial aid paper work in a timely manner; and leave Asbury College without an outstanding balance. There are three payment options listed for parents to review.

In addition to tuition, room, board, and fees there are other various items that may be charged to the student's account: bookstore vouchers, clinic charges, library fines, parking fines, and other miscellaneous charges. The College strongly encourages students to pay for such expenses at the time they are incurred. Fines applied to the student's account will incur an administrative fee. A monthly statement is sent to each student listing expenses and amount due. If the student gives permission by signing "The Privacy Act Notice" form in student accounts, a parent(s) will have permission to discuss the student's account with student accounts as well as receive a monthly statement of the account.
