The Asbury University Student Store, located in the lower level of Doddridge-Holland, will be open:

        Friday, May 3               9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
        Saturday, May 4          2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS

Graduation announcements are available through the Asbury University Student Store and may be ordered by students and parents up to Monday, March 18.  Orders received for personalized announcements after March 18 may not be available before Commencement.  Print the Graduation Announcement Order Form and mail it in, fax it to 859.858.3921, or email the form to the University Student Store.  Or click here to order online!

DIPLOMA FRAMES

Official Asbury University diploma frames are available for purchase from the Asbury University Student Store.  A large selection of other Asbury University memorabilita is also available.

VIDEOS OF GRADUATION EVENTS 

Chapel, Commencement, and Baccalaureate videos will be available via iTunes U -- and audio can be located at asbury.edu/podcast -- after June 1.

COMMENCEMENT PHOTOS

At Commencement, a professional photographer will take photos of graduates receiving their diplomas.  A proof and an order form will be sent to students soon after Commencement.  If you do not receive your proofs after two weeks, contact Matt Sawyer Photography at 1-888-300-4146 or 1-502-839-7389 or by email at matts@dcr.net.  A complimentary class picture will be sent to graduates.
