RESIDENCE HALLS HOUSING FOR GUESTS

For Commencement weekend, guests are invited to enjoy the convenience of campus housing.  The number of rooms available is limited, so you may reserve up to two rooms on a first-come, first-served basis for $30.00 per room plus a refundable $10.00 room key deposit.  All fees are cash only and are to be paid upon check-in.  (An ATM is located in the Student Center.)

Reservations will open on Monday, February 18, and should be made by contacting Jeanette Davis at 859-858-3511 x 2176 or online at http://www.asbury.edu/events/housing/commencement.  Check-in is available after 5 p.m. on Friday, May 3. We request that all residence hall guests check out by 9 a.m., Sunday, May 5. 

LOCAL AND NEARBY HOTELS

If you prefer hotel accommodations, you may refer to our Lodging List for a list of local hotels and inns in Wilmore and in neighboring Nicholasville, Harrodsburg, and Lexington.  Those listed are all within 30 minutes of campus.  We encourage you to book your hotel rooms soon, as this weekend is also Kentucky Derby Weekend which will affect hotel availability in Lexington and the surrounding areas.
