There are many places to look for books:
Kinlaw Library has many physical books on our shelves, but we also have over 80,000 electronic books as well! How do you locate all of these? Use the links below. You can also directly borrow books from the Seminary Library across the street. Remember that you can order books from other libraries if you know the information about the book you want. Click on the InterLibrary Loan link below.
- Search for Books at other Libraries - WorldCat
- Search Other local Libraries - direct catalog links
- Search for "Open Access" E-books - at HathiTrust, Internet Archive, and other sites
Our students may borrow materials directly at other public and private not-for-profit institutions of higher education in the Commonweath of Kentucky (FOKAL), through an agreement among all of those insitutions. These include such colleges as the University of Kentucky, Transylvania Univeristy, Centre College, Berea College, and other schools across the state.
HOWEVER, to save you time, we can borrow materials on your behalf through InterLibrary Loan. The materials will be delivered to Kinlaw Library and you can use them here.
