Hannah Armour
Educational & Professional Background
I graduated with my B.A. from Asbury University (then College) in 2008, with a major in History and a minor in French. As a student, I worked in records in the registrar’s office. I have interned or volunteered in several library and archival settings, including the Historical Center of York County [South Carolina] and the Kentucky Historical Society, and have also completed archival projects for Asbury’s history honor society and for my church.
Family & Personal
I grew up as a missionary kid, the daughter of Bible translators working with Muslims in the Philippines and later in Niger, West Africa. My family is now based in North & South Carolina.
When I’m not at work, I’m likely to be found helping out at my church, keeping in touch with family and friends, baking, listening to Irish or Southern gospel music, or researching my family history.
