Bio:
Andrew Miller is a 2011 graduate of Asbury University. In 2009, he began working for Asbury University's ITS Department as a student sound technician. In 2011, prior to completing his studies he began working in his current role as Help Desk Support Specialist. He is presently pursuing post-undergraduate work at Asbury.
As Help Desk Support Specialist, he is the frontline support for Information Technology Services. As a part of his job, he is directly responsible for:
- Supporting non-traditional students (APS, Online, Graduate Programs)
- Developing training and documentation for students, faculty & staff
- Assisting in the training & supervision of both full-time and student staff
- Shaping ITS Social Media
