Bio:

Andrew Miller is a 2011 graduate of Asbury University.  In 2009, he began working for Asbury University's ITS Department as a student sound technician.  In 2011, prior to completing his studies, he began working in Information Technology Services as the Help Desk Support Specialist.  In October of 2013, he was promoted to Help Desk Technician.  He is currently pursuing his Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Information Technology Management.

As Help Desk Technican, he functions as a variety of support (Tier 1, 2 & 3) for different systems and services within Information Technology Services.  As a part of his job, he is directly responsible for:

  • Maintaining Campus Computers (building and deploying imaged machines for Faculty & Staff)
  • Developing training and documentation for students, faculty & staff
  • Assisting in the training & supervision of both full-time and student staff
  • Maintaining Campus Computer Labs (8 Labs, +225 machines)
  • Shaping ITS Social Media
