Asbury Reaches Out Through 'Transfer Madness'
WILMORE, Ky. — Asbury University is partnering with the Kentucky Community and Technology College system to connect students at two-year schools with opportunities for further education through “Transfer Madness,” Kentucky’s first online college fair.
“Transfer Madness” is a free, interactive, virtual college fair that will be held from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on March 6. Participants who are interested in transferring to Asbury University will receive personalized advice on enrollment, transfer planning strategies, information about programs and opportunities to win prizes.
“Asbury really cares about KCTC transfer students, and we want them to reach the big dreams for their lives,” said Josh Fee, director of Asbury’s Adult Professional Studies program. “It’s visible in the ways we help them grow and work to ensure they have a quality experience. This is who Asbury is, and it reflects our mission to educate students to impact the world.”
Feedback from transfer students who have chosen Asbury indicate that the University’s attention to meeting their needs, personalized scheduling, convenient online programs and the integration of faith and learning are compelling strengths for both traditional college-aged students and non-traditional students. Asbury offers a range of undergraduate and graduate degrees in a variety of formats (on-campus classes, online classes, degree completion). More information about Asbury's transfer services is available at asbury.edu/transfer-madness.
