Eric Brown
Instructor
Eric Brown, seen here in his teaching studio, is the newest Instructor of Voice at Asbury College. Professor Brown is a baritone pursuing the Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of Kentucky.
Professor Brown's many roles in opera have included the Father in Englebert Humperdinck's "Hansel and Gretel", Raul Perez in Thomas Pasatieri's opera "Hotel Casablanca", and Escamillo in "Carmen". Professor Brown also has an extensive oratorio repertoire, including Handel's "Messiah", Mendelssohn's "Elijah", Brahms' "Requiem" and Beethoven's "Ninth Symphony". Mr. Brown currently studies with Dr. Everett McCorvey and is a former student of Dr. Angelique Clay.
