Nancy Fellows

Staff Assistant, Education Department

Academic Preparation:Nancy Fellows
I grew up in a great little town in the hills of southern Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville in 1972 with a B.S. degree in Physical Education. Following graduation I moved to the business field and enjoyed positions in a variety of companies.

Responsibilities within the Education Department: Staff Assistant
I have been Staff Assistant since 1995 and it has been a great experience. Maintenance of the student database is one of my key duties. The database houses candidate records as they move through the continuous assessment process. I also handle schedules, correspondence, records, and reports for Gate 1, Gate 2, Gate 3, and Gate 4 interviews. Aside from the record keeping I see my most important job as being the one who takes care of the Teacher Education Office so the faculty can focus on teaching.

Personal and Family Interests:
Currently my life centers around family, church and college activities. Ray and I are adjusting to an empty nest. We celebrated the marriage of our eldest, Sarah, last December and enjoy having Laura close to home in her sophomore year here at Asbury. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, hiking, swimming, and travel.
