Instructional Areas and Professional Interests:

Currently teaching ED200, Introduction to Education, and ED999, Student Teaching.
Working with student teachers as the Director of Field and Clinical Experiences.
I have taught Band grades 4-12 and music appreciation grade 12
Principal at M.I.A.M.I. (Magnet for the Integrated Arts through the Multiple Intelligences) at Russell Elementary School in Lexington.
I have presented seminars/and workshops on the following: Multiple Intelligences, Schoolwide Discipline, Principalship, School Change.


Personal and Family Interests:

I sing in the First United Methodist Church Choir
I am a member of the Lexington Singers and past president
I am a member of the Central Ky. Concert Band and associate conductor
Cathy and I have been married 36 years and we have one child Joy (married to David) and one grandson, Daniel (one year old on 3/4/07)
I have two dogs who keep me healthy by walking them daily (Maggie and Sophie)
