Media Communication, Performance Emphasis

Differing from other concentrations, this one puts you in front of the camera. In Broadcast News, you get the chance to report local news stories to be aired three times a week. Students in the performance emphasis soak in camera time building their experience and versatility on the screen. You'll have a chance to be a part of many opportunities in our department, including NewsWatch, WACW, and several yearly sports productions.
