The mission of the Asbury College Art Department is to challenge and equip those who will advance and practice the visual arts.
The Asbury College Art Department offers concentrations in painting, sculpture, ceramics, stained glass, printmaking, drawing, graphic design, photography and art history. All studio students are provided with studio space and complete a senior exhibit prior to graduation. Art history students pursue internships and public presentation of research. Those seeking certification to teach are trained to positively impact P-12 student learning.
An hour and a half south of Cincinnati, Asbury College is located in the beautiful Bluegrass region outside of Lexington, Kentucky, across the street from Asbury Theological Seminary.
