Leadership Opportunities for Students - Leadership Development Program
Participant in LEAD-ON! - By simply signing up and attending LEAD-ON! sponsored activities or workshops, students will have a file in a database set up in the Student Development Office that will track their progress in the program.

LEAD-ON! Steering Committee Member - ($423 scholarship) - A committee of eight to ten students is selected each year to help give direction to the LEAD-ON! program and make sure that the mission of the leadership program is being met. Students help plan activities, market the program and provide direction to outreach leadership activities. The committee members' individual leadership development is also a key component of this group.

Challenge Course Instructor Apprentice - Training in facilitating leadership development and team building at the Asbury College Challenge Course - a low and high ropes course used for leadership development - is available to any interested student.

IMPACT (Campus service outreach group) - This group creates different avenues for community awareness and servant leadership. IMPACT members plan, implement and lead the Reach-Out Service Days scheduled throughout the year.
