Leadership

Lead-On! Program

The Lead-On! program is open to all students, and is designed to provide a way for students to learn leadership theory and skills, and apply that learning through involvement in service and organizations. Students can participate in events that count toward working through each of three levels of the Lead-On program, and a recognition reception is held in the spring for students who have completed any part of it. Click here for more information on ways to earn points toward completion of the program.

Workshops

Many workshops are offered each semester ranging from models of leadership to how to plan activities. Click here for current schedule information, or email the Leadership Development office.

Co-Curricular Transcript

Transcripts are personalized and a way for students to track Leadership Development and involvement on campus; a great tool when compiling resumes or grad school applications. They are kept on a database in the Office of Student Development. Copies can be obtained in Fletcher-Early, or by emailing the Leadership Development office .

Lead-On! Steering Committee

A group of students makes up this committee that gives direction to the program by helping with marketing, planning special events and managing the co-curricular transcript database. Interested? Contact Andy Bathje at ext. 2117 for more information.
