Life in Glide-Crawford
Wherever you decide to live on campus you will recognize that all of the staff in Residence Life work hard to help you grow in every way. The six main things we are focusing on in Glide-Crawford this year are:
- Community Building - understanding community and interdependence
- Healthy Relationships - how to model these and build practical social skills
- Identity Formation - who we are and want to become
- Global Citizenship - to be aware and active in the world around us
- Service - how to overcome entitlement by serving others
- Spiritual Authenticity, Growth, and Ownership - in our faith journeys
The women of Glide-Crawford are a community full of love and grace. Our theme this year comes from the story of Mary and Martha found in Luke 10:41-42. We are striving to become women like Mary, who are discovering the ONE THING that is needed and to not worry over the details and busyness of life.
