Asbury College Student Store
The College Student Store, located in the lower level of Doddridge-Holland Student Center, will be open:
- Friday, May 9 8am–5pm
- Saturday, May 10 10am–2:00pm
- Monday, May 11 8am–12:00pm
Graduation Announcments
Graduation announcements are available through the College Student Store and may be ordered by students and parents up to Friday, March 28. Orders received for personalized announcements after March 128may not be available before commencement.
DVDs of Graduation Events
A Senior Memory DVD Package will be provided this year free of charge for each graduate which includes Senior Chapel, Baccalaureate and Commencement. To order additional copies of the Senior Memory DVD Package or individual copies please see the media order form available to seniors when they pick up their caps and gowns, and will also be available in the Luce Center lobby before and after Commencement. You may purchase CD’s ($8 each*) or DVD’s ($15 each*) after Commencement including:
- Senior Chapel with Baccalaureate
- Commencement only
- Senior Memory Package
- (Senior Chapel / Baccalaureate / Commencement)
Commencement Photos
At commencement, a professional photographer will take photos of graduates receiving their diplomas. An order form will be sent to students soon after commencement. Proofs and candid images can be found at www.eventpix.com two weeks after the event. To access the site enter Asbury Graduation as the event name and Wilmore as the password.
Diploma Frames
Official Asbury College diploma frames are available for purchase from the Asbury College Student Store. Various frames and mat options are available with prices ranging from $85 to $100.
