What's the Biggest Difference Between High School and College...?
If you grew up sharing a room with a total stranger, eating your meals in a cafeteria, going to classes with hundreds of people, staying up as late as you want and being accountable to no one but yourself every day, then your college experience should be little if any different than life in high school. If you are not doing those things, then it's different---very different.
The ‘biggest difference' between high school and college life: you are in control. What you do is your choice. Who you want to do it with is also your choice. When you want to do it is your choice. It's adult life, but with a safety net. Some people move slowly, some move too fast. But if you find yourself losing your footing or heading out of control or your life is unraveling, you are surrounded by people who will help and support you.
