In addition to playing in the Chapel band, Worship Arts students have the opportunity to be part of services that occur on Asbury's campus, such as WHAM and Encounter. Other students have also been part of music groups that have recorded songs to be used in various media projects.
Worship Him At Midnight is a service that takes place in Asbury's Student Center. This is a time for students to come together to worship God as a university community. Through worship, testimony, prayer, and reflection, Asbury can praise God as a family of believers.
Encounter is another campus opportunity for worship, which takes place in Hughes Auditorium. Services include singing, prayer, scripture readings, and testimonies. Past Encounter services have also included stations around the chapel, such as washing others' feet and creating art as a form of worship. Similar to WHAM, students gather in a setting of worship among brothers and sisters in Christ.
