In the two months since D.W. Wilburn, Inc., began construction on the Andrew S. Miller Center for Communication Arts, crews have made excellent progress and the project is still on schedule.
A passersby of the construction site can now see concrete walls going up as construction crews continue to work on the footings on the lower level of the building.
