Asbury College hosts Lexington media luncheon

WILMORE, KY—After presentations by Dr. Gray and Dr. Jim Owens, dean of the School for Communication Arts, media representatives were invited to tour the 40-ft. HD production trailer. The trailer converts from a production trailer to a teaching facility with collapsible tables for classroom space. The new Andrew S. Miller Center for Communication Arts will use the HD truck as a control room, housed in a large bay adjacent to the television studio. Also, DVC Pro HD decks and tapeless recording is possible through the use of EVS server and Panasonic flash memory cards.
