Morgan AmisWILMORE, Ky. – Asbury women’s tennis continues to roll, winning 8-1 over St. Louis Pharmacy and 9-0 over Alice Lloyd in a pair of KIAC matches on Saturday.  The Eagles improve to 6-1 overall and 5-0 inside the conference.

The Eagles swept through doubles on the day, switching up the lineups in the match against Alice Lloyd.  Alice Lloyd only had four players so the Eagles won number three doubles and five and six singles by default.  Sarah Marshall was the only player to play singles in both matches, losing at number three in straight sets against St. Louis Pharmacy before coming back to win at number one against Alice Lloyd.

Asbury will travel to Indiana Southeast for a pivotal conference match on Friday October 5.  Both teams are the lone unbeaten left in the conference.
