Waslewski and Johson Join Eagles

Wilmore, Ky. – Asbury Women’s Tennis Coach Jarred Miller has announced the signing of two more student-athletes for the fall of 2010 in Miriam Waslewski and Jamie Johnson.

Waslewski from Oneida, Kentucky spent six years on the varsity team at Oneida Baptist Institute under the leadership of Kenny McCain and her mom Cynthia.  As a Mountaineer Waslewski was a four-time state qualifier, twice winning Regions and finishing second once.  She also played soccer, ran cross country, and was on the swim team.

Johnson comes from Lexington where she played at Lafayette High School.
