Adkins Joins Tennis Team

Wilmore, Ky. – Asbury University women’s tennis Coach Jarred Miller has announced the signing of Sarah Adkins for the 2010-11 season.  Adkins from Lafayette High School in Lexington is the first commitment for the women’s program.

Adkins played for four years under Marty Vaughan as part of the Generals squad.  Adkins will be part of the first women’s team to be coached by Miller, as he takes over the women’s program while maintaining his position at the helm of the men’s team.  The women’s season gets under way in the fall.
