Women's Soccer Roster
2011 (Junior): Started all 25 games…Led the eagles in goals scored (16), points (35), shots on goal (50), game winners (4)…had multi-goal games 5 times including a hat trick against Berea (Nov. 4)…named KIAC Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 5 and Oct. 3…named to the NCCAA All-American 1st team…named NCCAA Mid-East Region Player of the Year…All-KIAC Honors for the third straight year.
2010 (Sophomore): Led the Eagles in goals scored (17), points (36), shots (63), shots on goal (40)… recorded back-to-back hat-tricks against Midway (Oct. 20) and Berea (Oct. 25)... led the KIAC with five game winning goals…second in the KIAC in goals and points…ranked in the top 25 of the NAIA in goals scored…one of three players to start all 20 games…received All-KIAC Honors for the second straight year...named KIAC Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 13 and Nov. 1
2009 (Freshman): Started all 21 games with 16 goals scored in 12 games... finished second on the team with goals (16) and points (39)... Named to the KIAC All-Conference team as well as earned KIAC Player of the Week honors for week ending October 19th... Eagles posted a 9-3 record in the 12 games Batey scored... Finished with three game winners, including the only goal in a 1-0 win against Covenant College (Ga.) on 10/31/2009.
High School: Played four years of varsity competition at Mason County under coach Joe McKay... 15 goals and 30 assists her senior season that saw the Royals finish 12-3-5 and capture their district championship and Batey capture the MVP award... Honorable Mention All-State her sophomore season... three time 1st Team All-Region selection her sophomore, junior, and senior year... also played varsity football for the Royals as a kicker.
