Smith Signs With Asbury

Wilmore, Ky. – Asbury University women’s soccer Coach Paul Nesselroade has announced the signing of Jessie Smith for the 2010 season.  Smith a mid-fielder/forward from Pleasure Ridge Park High School in Louisville is the fifth member of Coach Nesselroade’s recruiting class.

Smith spent four years on the varsity team under Coach Leon Strong and led the Panthers in scoring all four years.  She was selected to the All-Region Team as a senior and was part of the All-District Team three times.  PRP won back to back district championships in her final two years.
