Hanover defeats women’s soccer

WILMORE, KY—The Asbury College Eagles dropped their second straight match on Saturday 1-0 against Hanover College. Asbury could only get five shots off against the Panthers, while sophomore keeper Maegan Rogers faced 13. Hanover (1-0) freshmen Abbey Schmahl scored the lone goal in the 36th minute from six yards out.

Asbury (0-2) will face Union University Saturday, Sept. 6 for a JV at 2 p.m. and varsity contest at 4 p.m.
