Carroll Takes KIAC Weekly Honors

BEREA, Ky. – Asbury University senior Laura Carroll was named the KIAC women’s basketball player of the week by KIAC officials on Monday, November 26^th.

In the Eagles only contest last week, Carroll recorded 27 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in a 107-87 loss against #24 Union College. The senior guard currently ranks 6^th in NAIA Division II free throw percentage (93.9) and 17^th in points per game (18.857).

Asbury University is currently 6-3 overall. They will return to action on November 28^th when they host Hiwassee College.
