Lindsey Wood named KIAC Player of the Week

Louisville, KY - Lindsey Wood earned KIAC Player of the Week honors for January 14-20 thanks to her 21 and 15 point efforts against Kentucky Christian and Berea College last week. The junior guard helped the Eagles to their first wins over the two foes since the 2002-03 season.

Wood is averaging 15.8 points per game, leading the team as well as placing 15th in country according the latest NCCAA statistics. The Eagles will next be in action against St. Louis College of Pharmacy on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
