Women's Basketball loses to Alice Lloyd, 72-55

Cold shooting doomed the Eagles against Alice Lloyd as Asbury generated more shots than their opponent, but could not convert at the same percentage. For the game, Asbury shot 32.3% (21-65) from the field, and only 4-of-20 from behind the arc. Alice Lloyd shot 40.6% (26-64) and 8-of-21 from three-point land.

Lindsey Wood led the way for Asbury with 15 points while she and Anna Stephenson led the Eagles with six rebounds apiece. The loss drops Asbury to 11-12 on the season with two regular season games remaining. The team will challenge IU-Southeast at home on Thursday night before celebrating Senior Day against St. Mary's of the Woods on Saturday, February 17th. The IU-Southeast game is set for a 6:00 tip-off.
