Women's Basketball comes up short against Kentucky Christian, 65-58
Outside shooting would tell the tale as the Eagles shot 1-of-16 from behind the arc and only 21-of-58 from the field, falling to the Lady Knights. Jamie Keller led the Eagles with 15 points. She was joined in double digits by Brittany Abbott and Sarah Yates. The loss puts the Eagles at 4-3 on the season as they will play in the Toccoa Falls (Ga.) Classic this weekend. The team will not return home until after the holiday break with their first game coming against Cincinnati Christian on Thursday, January 18th. Tip-off is set for 6:00 p.m. as the game will be the first part of a doubleheader with the men's team set to take on CCU at 8:00 p.m.
