Ibold Named Player of the Week

Wilmore, KY – Junior middle block Lindsay Ibold was named KIAC Volleyball Player of the Week for the week of September 6th-13th as announced by the league office on Monday evening.

Ibold led the Eagles to three match wins on the week where they only dropped one set, Asbury is 6-1 this season.  On the week Ibold had an attack percentage of .500, she totaled 32 kills in 10 sets played.  Ibold committed only two attack errors in 60 attempts on the week and  was a big factor on defense with six total blocks.

For the season Ibold leads the Eagles with 67 kills and an attack percentage of .420 which ranks 7th in the NAIA.  Her 14 kills against Mid-Continent on Saturday are the team’s season high and ties her career best.
