Red Wolves Deny Eagles' Second Straight KIAC Title
Wilmore, Ky. - Indiana East extracted revenge on Asbury as they took this year's KIAC Tournament Title in a four game win over the Eagles. Asbury won last year's title in three over IUE.

Julia Armstrong added 38 assists.
IUE's hitters gave the Eagles a workout and Asbury responded with 97 team digs, led by Emily Andrews and Armstrong's 20, Hannah Wheeler added 19. The blocker also stepped up for Asbury as Tina Marye and Budde had two solo and three block assists each, Lindsay Ibold added two solo and two assists.
Asbury will now turn it's attention to the NCCAA Mid-East Regional to be played November 19-21 down in Covenant, Georgia. Details about the tournament will be announced as they become available.
