Adkison, Andrews named All-Americans

Lexington, KY---Asbury Senior outside hitter Ellen Adkison (Bolivar, MO) took home even more awards on Thursday December 11, as she was named to the AVCA-NAIA All-American Honorable Mention team.  Adkison who led the team in kills and digs this year was also named NCCAA All-American 2nd Team on Thursday.  Adkison already took home the KIAC Player of the Year Award, and was named to the All-KIAC Team.

Sophomore setter/outside hitter Emily Andrews (Deltona, FL) was named to the NCCAA All-American Honorable Mention team as well.  Andrews led the team with 870 assists this season and also had 183 kills, and 287 digs.

The NCCAA also named Adkison, senior Katie Lee, junior Julia Armstrong, junior Kelsie Martin, and junior Christina Marye as Scholar Athletes.
